面向服务创新的高校图书馆业务流程重组--以华中师范大学图书馆为例

本文论述新形势下高校图书馆服务创新的主要内容，包括服务的广度和深度、形式和手段、泛在服务和个性化服务，接着分析服务创新所需要的组织架构、人力物力支持、业务流程规范和技术手段跟进等，然后提出业务流程重组的原则和内容，最后以华中师范大学图书馆业务规程作为案例，论述高校图书馆业务流程重组实施过程和效果。     

Another Issue Comes Out: Gay Rights Policy Voting in Recent U.S. Presidential Elections

Drawing from the theory of policy voting, this study examines the impact of opinions about gay rights on voting for presidential candidates. Qualitative analysis of the major party platforms and candidate campaign rhetoric from the six presidential elections held between 1988 and 2008 indicates that Democratic and Republican presidential candidates began openly expressing opposing positions on gay rights issues in 1992. Quantitative analysis of public opinion shows that, starting in 1992 and continuing through 2008, gay rights issues became more salient to the public, and opinions about gay rights began to exert a significant effect on vote choice. The study concludes with a discussion of the partisan forces that shaped the electoral significance of gay rights issues during the period from 1988 to 2008 and speculation about the role of gay rights issues in shaping future partisan electoral strategy.     

Social,Relational and Network Determinants of Unprotected Anal Sex and HIV Testing Among Men Who Have Sex with Men in Beirut,Lebanon

Objectives: We examined the social, relational and network determinants of condom use and HIV testing among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Beirut. Methods: Two-hundred thirteen men were recruited via respondent driven sampling and administered a survey. Results: Sixty-four percent reported unprotected anal intercourse (UAI), including 23% who had UAI with unknown HIV status partners (UAIU); 62% of participants had tested for HIV. In multivariate analysis, being in a relationship was associated with UAI and HIV testing; lower condom self-efficacy was associated with UAIU and HIV testing; gay discrimination was associated with UAIU; MSM disclosure was associated with UAI, UAIU and HIV testing; and network centralization was associated with HIV testing. Conclusions: Multi-level social factors influence sexual health in MSM.

This annotated bibliography summarizes journal articles on verbal behavior published outside of The Analysis of Verbal Behavior, the primary journal for scholarship in this area. Seventeen such articles were published in 2014 and are annotated as a resource for practitioners, researchers, and educators.     

基于Petri网的微博网络信息传播模型

微博网络中的信息传播模型是分析用户行为，找出传播路径，确定领袖人物，发现舆情热点等研究的基础。虽然多种不同角度的信息传播模型已经得到广泛研究，但缺乏对信息动态传播过程的直观描述。本文基于Petri网的结构和特征，针对微博网络信息传播过程，提出了一种简单直观的描述模型，该模型首先对微博网络的信息动态传播过程中的对象进行结构化描述。本文根据微博网络的用户结构关系，并利用Petri网的相关理论，形式化解释和定义信息传播基本对象，从而更加直接描述了微博网络中的转发、评论、回复等多种用户行为。在此基础上，本文利用Petri网能够描述信息流动问题的特征，结合颜色Petri网和时延Petri网，从Petri网系统的角度表示信息动态传播路径，并研究网络的动态性质和传播条件，使得信息传播模型更加真实地模拟信息传播情况。最后本文分析信息传播算例和新浪微博真实数据实验，验证了模型的有效性和可行性，为舆情态势分析以及用户行为的研究提供帮助和支持，同时也为其它社交网络信息传播的用户行为描述提供了新的思路。     

知识分布、衰减程度与产业集群创新模式的内在机制研究

以知识流动为研究视角，将集群创新过程中的知识溢出、吸收能力内生化，构建包含三种创新模式下的产业集群演化模型，重点分析集群知识分布和知识衰减程度与集群创新模式的内在机制及其对创新产出的影响，并进行仿真实验。研究表明：不同知识分布下，混合创新模式的创新产出表现最好，外部吸收创新模式与内部自主创新模式呈现出不同的创新产出演化路径；在外部吸收创新和混合创新模式下，均匀分布型产业集群的创新产出表现最好，集中分布型表现次之，异质分布型表现最差，而在内部自主创新模式下，集中分布型则表现最好；不同创新模式对知识衰减的敏感程度呈现阶段性差异特征。这些结论对产业集群创新和可持续发展具有很好的理论和实践指导意义。     

城市公共艺术与文化软实力的对接关系研究——以广州为例

文化软实力是一个国家除军事经济之外让别人主动接近的吸引力,城市公共艺术也是一种与大众有亲缘关系的艺术形态。某种程度上说,城市公共艺术是文化软实力在艺术领域的一种显象。广州城市公共艺术在器物层、行为层、制度层诠释了文化软实力的静态和动态的维度。     

地方政府重大决策机制存在问题及优化路径

地方政府作为地方公共事务管理者，决策正确与否直接关系到公共管理活动的成败，并且在一定程度上影响地方经济发展的水平及其核心竞争力。由于我国地方政府现阶段决策主体多元性及其职能模糊性，一些重大决策失误现象屡屡发生，造成了有限资源的巨大浪费，严重影响了地方政府在人民群众中的威信和形象。对此，我国地方政府迫切需要优化重大决策机制，包括明晰体制内外决策主体的职能、第三方评估、公众参与、决策终身责任追究及倒查机制等，以推进地方政府决策的民主化、科学化和法治化。     

Do information,price, or morals influence ethical consumption? A natural field experiment and customer survey on the purchase of Fair Trade coffee

We address ethical consumption using a natural field experiment on the actual purchase of Fair Trade (FT) coffee in three supermarkets in Germany. Based on a quasi-experimental before-and-after design the effects of three different treatments – information, 20% price reduction, and a moral appeal – are analyzed. Sales data cover actual ethical purchase behavior and avoid problems of social desirability. But they offer only limited insights into the motivations of individual consumers. We therefore complemented the field experiment with a customer survey that allows us to contrast observed (ethical) buying behavior with self-reported FT consumption. Results from the experiment suggest that only the price reduction had the expected positive and statistically significant effect on FT consumption.     

浅议医学院校化学教学改革的必要性

为了提高高等医学院校学生学习化学的兴趣，培养学生宽厚的知识面。笔者以医学院校的特点及化学教学中普遍存在的问题为出发点，讨论了如何通过教学改革的方法在基础教学中缩短教与学、理论与实践的距离感，激发学生学习化学的积极性、主动性，并结合自身教学经验对医学院校化学教学改革的必要性进行详细论证。
